Pros

This is a great company. I've worked in three other places and really value this opportunity. There is a clear strategy. The customers are blue chip companies that we can really help and working with them provides invaluable experiences. I've read through some of these other reviews that are more negative and I don't understand. Either these are competitors entering bad reviews or these are employees who don't know what we have here. Our President might be the most engaged and most accessible executive around. Jordan really cares and he communicates regularly and he makes time for us. In my experience most executives don't spend this much time with employees. I believe in our technology strategy. Anyone who has worked in another organization would know that the investments we make and the products we provide our customers are cutting edge. Every quarter we get an update on what's new and why we built it. Our customer's believe in what we are building and that is very rewarding. I think anyone who has worked at one or two other companies would see how special this place is.

Cons

We are growing fast. Lots of new customers and lots of new people. It is very clear our technology and services are in high demand. I think with that we've hired a lot of people and there is a lot of change. That can be hard for some people and particularly if you aren't use to new processes or controls that businesses need if you get bigger.

Pros

Not much that I can think of, would say its decent pay but they move the goal posts on goals every year so once you get comfortable with your goals and achieving your target to them hitting the reset button and back to square one

Cons

The culture has shifted in a very negative direction. Top performers can still feel boxed in by limited growth opportunities, changing expectations, and compensation structures that do not always reflect actual performance. There is a heavy focus on control, office attendance, and short-term metrics, while trust and morale continue to decline. It can feel political, exhausting, and disconnected from the people actually driving results. Very toxic for capacity reps, they do everything wrong and contstantly are the whipping posts for commercial teams who are always in the right
