Pros
Solid opportunity to earn some valuable experience right out of college. Pay was above average for an entry level position. If you are offered a job, take it. Just set your expectations low and don't expect to be there too long.
Cons
Very cut throat boiler room atmosphere. Forced to use bottom of the barrel carriers to keep costs low and told all successful business lie to customers and vendors. Salary employees are looked at as clock punchers. 5 minutes early to work and you are late. If you leave on time, you are looked down upon by management who sits 5 feet from you all day. On call constantly, including in the middle of the night (and trust me, you will get called in the middle of the night). High level of micro-management. Overall, very stressful. Not for the thin skinned or faint at heart.
