Pros
Professional-looking office Very organized Decent benefits (but pay is so low that they don't matter) Cool workspace Office has cool rooftop 401(k) matching - although again... 4% of $31k/year doesn't add up quickly.
Cons
Extremely low pay ($15/hour after negotiating up from $14 — with a degree from a great college and 5 years work experience) Extremely strict office (no headphones, phone should remain put away, work can only be done while logged into your desktop) Redundant/repetitive work that will eventually be automated when the programming team gets to it Zero office culture No clear career track Opportunities are often discussed but, in reality, people stay in their same roles for 5-8 years Experience gained mostly surrounds their proprietary software, which would never matter outside of TMC/CH Robinson. In the time I worked there, the company's billing grew by 50% or something, but this didn't result in any changes for the employees.
