Pros

Not everyone there was terrible. A lot of really great people getting screwed over beside you. PTO wasn't bad but your team made you feel guilty for trying to use a single day of it

Cons

You have no job security. The only thing that matters is dollar earned per head. They will cut your entire department and tell you not to come back over the phone. You have to beg on your hands and knees for the smallest increase in pay. Useless middle managers make the lower paid employees do all of the heavy lifting and get to enjoy all of the bonuses themselves. No respect between management and employees. Don't ever forget how many hundreds of years you'd have to work at CH to equal one single year of the salary the people at the top earn. You make this company thousands and they will frick you out of a yearly bonus if they feel like it. Arcade machines and catered lunches are a cheap and empty replacement for what people want - to be paid to value of their labor and not the minimum that CH can get away with. Many 3PLs of comparable size will pay you more with more perks.

Pros

Not much that I can think of, would say its decent pay but they move the goal posts on goals every year so once you get comfortable with your goals and achieving your target to them hitting the reset button and back to square one

Cons

The culture has shifted in a very negative direction. Top performers can still feel boxed in by limited growth opportunities, changing expectations, and compensation structures that do not always reflect actual performance. There is a heavy focus on control, office attendance, and short-term metrics, while trust and morale continue to decline. It can feel political, exhausting, and disconnected from the people actually driving results. Very toxic for capacity reps, they do everything wrong and contstantly are the whipping posts for commercial teams who are always in the right
