-there is literally no way to advance your professional career -after working there for a couple years, employees become bored and disinterested -the work is not challenging enough -don't need a college degree to perform daily tasks, but they do require one -won't provide for any business travel -doesn't provide company computer or cell phone -allows certain employees to work from home, but not others -implements policies aimed at improving the bottom line and hurting the employees and their commission bonuses -very few corporate outings -discourages taking lunches, despite working 7am to 5pm -company is headed in very poor direction -extremely high turnover -poor training -inability to expand beyond basic truckload movements
