Pros
You get corporate experience, and there are a lot of positions where you don't need a college degree. At my office, management is pretty flexible about start times. It's also very easy to move up to other positions at other branches within the company.
Cons
They expect you to know everything, do everything, and take everything thrown at you. Carriers call to curse you out about their payments, are rude when you call to resolve issues to get them paid, or call you all the time because they're lonely. Supervisors have their own agenda, and management is too busy covering for themselves. The pay is very low compared to similar positions with other companies, and people are fired for extremely petty reasons.
