The culture is good old boys club. Not a diverse workforce, lack of respect for female employees. Aggressive verbiage in meetings including swearing by C-suite leaders was normal and expected.
At the time working remotely, was said to be an option, but in reality it was frowned upon and you'd be questioned if you weren't in the office, which was difficult because the office was overcrowded. Finding a parking space and/or a meeting room could be near impossible at time.
Having any focused time to complete work was difficult because of an open work environment and little to no space between desks - not even cube walls.
They burn through employees quickly - turnover was very high.
