Pros
Good job to have directly out of college. Long hours that can build one's work ethic. Most of the sales are on 'warm' leads so the actual sales process isn't too difficult. Decent starting salary and great benefits. A very high potential to make good money in commissions if the market is in good shape.
Cons
Very high turnover at this company due to the lack of respect from upper management, low base compensation and a very little chance of upward mobility. The company has very little regard for it's lower tier sale force. This is not a job where you will leave when your work is done. The hours are 7AM-5PM. The management has instilled an attitude an it's employees where many feel bad for taking longer than a 20 minute lunch. Also, if you take a day off, you lose money. Period.
