Cons
The Monterey branch is not a place to expect career advancement. They hire only recent college graduates in order to pay them low salaries and make them work long hours. When their employees start to advance and do well they will tell you we can't afford to pay you what you're worth and would rather see you quit so they can bring in a fresh face that they can pay less. They also do not treat their employees very well and the manager sometimes gets in his moods and creates a hostile work environment.
