Pros

I worked at CHR for 5 years in different positions, they gave me lots of opportunities, I even made it to branch manager but once you are in that position you have virtually no way to grow. I learned a lot about customer service and this was a good first management experience but I felt that nobody tried coaching me to the next level. Only numbers count, they do not care about your leadershipstyle. Compensation is good but I am not sure that you get what you deserve.

Cons

Long hours (70 hrs workweek is normal) No room for personal time off (they made me feel bad because I went to a family funeral) Mediocre senior management Promotion is not always based on performance Sometimes feels like an "old boys" club I was quite happy for the large part of my time there but I moved away because I felt there was no growth opportunity for me anymore. Now that I moved I see that there were many negatives working there, especially the work/personal life balance is really bad. They expect you to live and breathe for the company and award you if you do.

Pros

Not much that I can think of, would say its decent pay but they move the goal posts on goals every year so once you get comfortable with your goals and achieving your target to them hitting the reset button and back to square one

Cons

The culture has shifted in a very negative direction. Top performers can still feel boxed in by limited growth opportunities, changing expectations, and compensation structures that do not always reflect actual performance. There is a heavy focus on control, office attendance, and short-term metrics, while trust and morale continue to decline. It can feel political, exhausting, and disconnected from the people actually driving results. Very toxic for capacity reps, they do everything wrong and contstantly are the whipping posts for commercial teams who are always in the right
