Pros
The managers were awesome and the friendships made, whether it be from stockholm syndrome or not were even better. The managers are accommodating and understanding and I truly believe that CH Robinson is a wonderful company in and of itself.
Cons
The daily job itself is quite boring. There is very little if all fun within the office and provides no opportunities for collaborative and creative thinking. The position itself is a dead end. The compensation for achieving promotions does not mirror the effort needed to get there. The possibility to make a six figure salary would require 5-10 years of very laborious work. In my office, we had maybe 3-5 people reaching the 6 figure mark and all of them had been employed for 10+ years. Many colleagues of mine including myself feel undervalued as the turn over rate is so high and the feeling of being easily replaceable is inevitable.
