Pros
There arent many positives here. About the only thing that is nice is seeing the financial transparency. Other than that, about the only other thing is a guaranteed paycheck and a 401(k) match that is immediately vested.
Cons
Low pay, long hours, no career growth, no compensation structure, no clear guidelines for attaining a bonus or a raise. You aren't given any tools/training to succeed here. Sales is the only job field that gets any attention or training. Carrier representatives and account managers are the punching bags of this company. Doesn't matter how many loads you book or win or how much revenue you bring it...it is never enough. When you meet your goals for a raise, you will then be given new goals to attain before getting a raise. Never ending cycle. The goal of this company is net revenue growth...no growth then they lay the hammer down. Even if you are profitable...
