IN THE PAST... potential to earn based on sales commissions was high, unlimited sales opportunities, fun environment!
Cons
Entire management has drastically changed directions. Went into hyper micro management mode. NO longer does the company value it's employees or the business relationships. The great sales force employees have all left -mostly forced out because company installed massive limitations on the leads one could pursue and virtually eliminated any incentives to develop business relations...sales people are given metrics to meet that are out of touch with reality. The few who managed to land a decent business account who meet the metric...are immediately forced into yet another higher metric....which kills the initial commissions promised. Employees who remain are absolutely miserable now!
