Pros
Here the egos in general are much smaller than you find at other prof services companies, and there is much more focus placed on doing the right thing for employees. There is a cross-functional, cross-level working committee focused on listening to and acting on, in an ongoing way, employee survey results -- much more integrity around employee feedback than I've ever seen. There is also much more flexibility than in other similar organizations. The new space in Boston is absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location -- next to the channel, innovation district and South Station. You hear laughter as you walk down the halls, and the company loves to sing, dance and perform. And most importantly we are really focused on producing groundbreaking work for clients.
Cons
Growing pains -- scaling to meet the needs, investing in all the things we want and need to invest in, making it all work as part of a broader company. At times, being realistic about what we can do and sticking to it even if some people are disappointed.
