- made up of a group of ambitious, smart and kind people - chance to work in other offices, sister companies and departments if you are self-starting -lots of home-grown talent who is given more responsibility (vs. hiring v senior people from the outside) - resilient org: manage transition to remote working well

- sometimes the need to find consens is high on people's agenda which can slow decision-making down - the company doesn't always have the right amount of talent at the right level - which leads to stress/lack of hours to get brilliant work done on time - sometimes the desire to be kind/please csan get in the way of high standards and powerful recommendations
