Clients are top notch, colleagues very smart and mostly willing to lend a hand when help needed. Really grateful for the support a lot of them have given me and other ACs.
Cons
Management is running this company like they know it will fail in the next 5-10 years and are just trying to squeeze one last fat paycheck in before the gig is up. Zero effort made towards employee retention leads to a disorganized culture where everyone is scrambling to adapt to new clients or coworkers after 1/3 of the company leaves on a yearly basis. Results in everyone taking a “just get through the day” mindset towards their work. Every time something “good” happens for the business, you know only upper management will really benefit- gives the people actually doing the majority of the reporting 0 incentive. All staff calls hilariously out of touch with the reality of the work we do daily. Weird office politics and deficient training. Mid level employees stretched way too thin, especially if they are good at their job.
