Pros
Colleagues are generally good people, and you'll be able to sneak some decent clients onto your resume, but the toxic positivity and pandering will suffocate you faster than the embarrassing compensation.
Cons
Just read through some of the other reviews if you want a preview. Low score reviews are very articulate, high score reviews are written with the same cloying kool-aid management will give you while you're having a panic attack over your Sunday morning coffee. Unrealistic timelines, laughable pay, and very little diversity.
