Be prepared to burn out - Anonymous employee C Space Employee Review

I don’t even know where to start so I will keep it short… at C Space you will be required to sort through hundreds of open ended research responses under a time crunch to look for trends (something text analytics could help with if our tech wasn’t such a hot mess…), so if you’re thinking about joining C Space I’d suggest taking a close look at the Glassdoor reviews and reading for themes. There are some pretty clear ones regarding pay, toxic positivity, incompetent management, and burnout culture. If you join, I’d suggest staying long enough to learn something and then moving on ASAP.
