Pros
I'm really having a hard time coming up with any of these lately. Exposure to great clients, I guess (who will inevitably leave to work with other agencies producing better quality work)
Cons
-They advertise themselves as "DEI experts" and yet all of the employees in any of the ERG groups would HARD disagree. Queer employees don't feel safe, Disabled employees are ignored, and they aren't even trying to be ADA compliant. If you tell HR you need an accommodation, good luck seeing that through. -They lock up anyone with experience and skills onto a SINGLE TEAM and then wonder why the rest of the entire company is straight suffering while the cool kids play with their cool projects in their cool little silo and stand around and applaud themselves while the rest of the company churns out the work that pays the bills and gets ignored -There is no respect for anyone with actual experience and know-how. You will consistently experience consultants and senior consultants "reviewing" the work of Associate Directors and Directors with 10+ experience on them because the flow of work here is so broken and backwards that leaders aren't involved until the very end when it's too late to redesign the project into actual quality research and create any impact
