A lot of fun, friendly, and creative individuals and neat work. I like to think in the moment, management leads with heart and sincerity.
Cons
Like so many have stated here, burnout is serious; under resourced, overworked, and underpaid junior folks work around the clock on client problems across compressed and unrealistic timelines promised by higher ups who each have their own individual standards, motivations, and way of doing things. These same consultants don't receive year end bonuses for their hard work. Thus, turnover, unsurprisingly, is rampant and a lot of bright people have left over the past year. Furthermore, the informal internal culture overrides almost anything that is written, and toxic positivity whitewashes over all sorts of problems, including easily addressable low hanging organizational fruit that I wouldn't expect to see at a company that has been around for 20+ years. If you're a job seeker or considering an offer with C Space, read the other reviews- i won't bother to repeat what they wrote, but their experiences are consistent with mine.
