Cons
Where do I even begin? This company is a complete joke but no one is laughing. Recent graduates do all of the heavy lifting on client accounts while tenured employees cosplay as business people, throwing around meaningless jargon to make it seem as though they have a clue what they’re doing (spoiler alert: they don’t). They love to pat themselves on the back and rave about the incredible culture they’ve cultivated, but the company doth protest too much; it’s all empty word salad. The reality is that unless you have a PhD in brown nosing you’ll be shunned, condescended to, and labeled as an “other,” a far cry from everything they claim to stand for. Those who get ahead at C Space operate in an echo chamber where performative, over the top gestures reign supreme and an ounce of meaningful work couldn’t be found with a magnifying glass. Unfortunately, what these people fail to recognize is that they have no expertise in any actual market research work, they are merely experts in navigating the bizarre world of a failing agency that provides little to no value to their clients. To those who go out of their way to exclude and intentionally cause emotional harm to anyone who doesn’t fit the strange ideals of this company, best of luck when the doors inevitably shut and you realize you have squandered your one precious life gaining no tangible skills and traumatizing others in a race to the bottom. Godspeed to this train wreck and the imbeciles who made it so.
