Pros
Great financial benefits. Overall, the majority of people are smart, honest and hard working. If you like technology, there is plenty of opportunity to broaden your experience and education. The company does not shy away from spending money on technology. As long as the company has money to spend, they will spend the money.
Cons
Depending on your position, there is no work life balance. Upper management tends to dictate all aspects, irregardless whether they understand concepts or not. People are expendable. They are perfectly OK with letting good people go, while maintaining bad management. It is a who you know, not what you know company. The culture is one of underlying fear of losing your job, mainly due to bad managers covering up their own short falls.
