Pros
The tutoring sessions are small (3-to-1) which is great! Having flexible, evening hours also means that I can pursue other interests. The materials for the old (pre-2016) SAT were fantastic and got results.
Cons
The materials for the new (2016) SAT are horrible. Not only that, but management only seems concerned with profit in the short-run. There are no signs of investment in either the kids, the tutors, or the center. Furthermore, there's a complete lack of communication between directors, tutors, and bosses which has led to multiple misunderstandings. Since I've been hired, 10 people have quit, all within less than 2 years. For a company store that averages around 20 employees at any time, that's a ridiculous turnover rate. Bosses have not realized that the problem stems from a lack of incentives and refusal to implement any measures for improvements that both directors and tutors have suggested.
