Pros
Some families and students are very pleasant to work with. It is a great opportunity to get some public speaking on your resume if you can go out to libraries and schools.
Cons
Corporate is too sales driven - obviously the business needs to make money to exist, but the materials have typos and flawed answer keys. I had to correct answer keys for teachers who were new and struggling. Meanwhile, there's a huge push to get sales. They say "to improve our students lives", but it's mostly lip service.
