      Pros

      Stable hours if your students and center directors like you. All scheduling is done by admin. You don't have to drink to students' homes.

      Cons

      3-1 structure can be challenging at times, especially in the beginning of the job. Pay is decent but not great.

      The students were very dedicated and talented, and management was friendly and professional! The content was also fun to teach!
