Cons
We've had a new CEO for a year that no one sees or hears from. I have no idea if he's doing a terrible job or a great job because communication of what's going on is negligible at best. I've been with the company for years, and I guarantee he doesn't know me. I'm sure he's cashing nice checks especially given changes that are being made, but those changes are poorly rolled out and poorly explained. For example, they moved IT support in house from a third party provider. I'm sure it's cheaper. It's definitely not faster. People report massive wait times for any help. and this was announced via a quick email with some links. Would have been great to see a demo of how to use the new system, to have a meeting. Nope, it's just here you go. Deal with this now.
