Pros

Awesome job for starting my career, was very fortunate to be given this position so young. I was blessed to work with a great team and have great supervisors. My DMs were friendly, kind and advocated for us. Absolutely loved every single person I met while at C2. Staff and students included.

Cons

The hours are not ideal for raising a family. 1 pm to 9 pm is not the worst schedule. Some people work much harder longer days on night shift and get paid less. However, it does affect making this job an actual career. Working every Saturday was also not fun but hey! That’s just business baby. Saturdays were popping at C2 because that’s when school is out and parents are off.

C2 strives to provide flexibility in scheduling as much as possible, though we do understand that it does not fit every individual’s ideal scheduling needs. Our centers are often busiest outside of standard business hours to accommodate our students and their families. However, we always appreciate feedback.
