      Scheduling is flexible and work is generally predictable with clear expectations and good training. Supervisors and colleagues are collegial and welcoming.

      Cons

      Sometimes scheduling can change with client cancellations. The supervisors handle these changes well and communicate to help you schedule, so it's not a huge inconvenience.
