Pros
I loved my coworkers. I advanced quickly in the company (which turned out to be a red flag.)
Cons
You and your coworkers get barked at by upper management as though you’re in a boot camp. You and your coworkers get personally insulted by upper management (comments on socioeconomic statuses, comments on bodies and disability statuses, getting called “stupid” or “idiots”, getting SWORN at.) A very high executive called one employee a derogatory insult at the company Christmas party in front of everyone. No action was taken. The same executive insulted an employee by telling saying “he rides the short bus” - an ableist insult. Your employment is constantly dangled in front of you. Executives will use any opportunity to say, verbatim, “you are replaceable” and “you’re on the chopping block.” Any advancement is held over your head, and when you quit you will be reminded of “how well you were treated”, and told you’re a backstabber. When you quit, your coworkers will be told not to contact you and to block you on their personal cell phones. From November 2023 to February 2024, 9 employees have left their positions at C2 due to the entirely hostile work environment. This is a VERY small company. The business outlook is not positive. If you also want to accept a job offer here, recognize that they demand you take over more positions for the same pay rate. Many people were employed with specific titles but were also tasked with duties like working the front desk. There were no ifs, ands, or buts. If you want to watch other grown people scramble and have panic attacks over upper management screaming at them, this is the place for you. No job is worth this. Take any other opportunity, because I, and others who worked here, guarantee this is a nightmare employer.
