Pros

C2 is always leading in innovation. They are pioneers in online learning and now is their time to shine. They invest in R&D and their employees.. C2 leadership handled the crisis during COVID very well. They executed their business continuity plan very well. Daily communication and training was appreciated. We have wellness and Yoga integrated in our workday during to ensure everybody stays healthy and connected.

Minimal oversight, lovely co-workers, low expectations

Cons

Grossly underpaid. Management does not properly manage staff or provide the resources needed to complete simple tasks like submitting time cards and requesting time off. Lack of transparency regarding work timelines. CEO gives sales pitches to staff and forwards LinkedIn articles that look more like spam than communication from an experienced business professional.
