Pros

We work remotely since the pandemic started. Company works hard to keep everybody connected through employee engagement events like virtual Yoga and Meditation, happy hours trivia and daily scrum calls. We have become closer to our colleagues across the country.

Miss going to the office and seeing my co-workers

Minimal oversight, lovely co-workers, low expectations

Cons

Grossly underpaid. Management does not properly manage staff or provide the resources needed to complete simple tasks like submitting time cards and requesting time off. Lack of transparency regarding work timelines. CEO gives sales pitches to staff and forwards LinkedIn articles that look more like spam than communication from an experienced business professional.
