Pros
Knowledgeable experts who provide quality training services and products. People are generally fun to work with and there's a real team environment/culture.
Cons
The management plays games/politics, even in their dealings with partners. The owners' management varies from "careful and calculated" to "impulsive and short-sighted." They're also prone to disciplining employees for only perceived mistakes or wrongs even if the evidence shows that nothing was done wrong in the first place. Very little advancement potential - they like to keep employees where they are with token, cost of living raises at most.
