Great Work Life Balance - Anonymous employee C2 Technologies Employee Review

I have worked at C2 Technologies for several years and have been pleased with the work environment and work life balance. C2 takes great care to make sure employees are generously recognized for strong performance every quarter. At the same time, the company works hard to make sure employees feel they are part of the team environment and that employees are given the opportunity to share their thoughts. Several times a month we will have events such as a bowling nights, potlucks, lunches, breakfasts open to all employees that keeps the social element fun and exciting. Families are also welcome at several events throughout the year. The engagement committee (open to all employees) serves as a direct liaison between employees and Senior Management which allows our voices to be heard. Every employee has a voice at C2, -- and that's a great benefit.
