C2 is a place that fosters innovation. The company has worked on some very cool projects and continues to do so. We’ve won tons of awards because we’ve got some super creative and great thinkers on board. Everyone is given the opportunity to make their job their own and the company acknowledges it when they do. As a smaller company, opportunity is everywhere and accolades are plentiful but it does require individuals with a true teamwork mentality, the ability to shift gears quickly, and expand their skills and knowledge beyond just their specific job/comfort zone. We work hard and play hard with things like the innovation lab to really get the creative problem solving going to fun company events that allow us to let loose and get to know our colleagues and their families. Autonomous, familial/team environment, interesting work, flexible schedules, good benefits, and intelligent people make this place a challenging yet rewarding place to work.
