Vision and TAM: In addition to strengthening our foundational AI Platform C3 AI, we are heavily investing in Ex-Machina (no code code solution for citizen data scientist) and the AI First CRM (in partnership with Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe). The Total Addressable Market is huge. 4. Culture of Excellence: C3 AI hires the best profiles. This cultivates a culture of excellence at every level / silos of the company and develop the skills and competencies of the employees, learning from the very bests. 5. Learning: C3 AI has lot of internal courses to train its own employee. The company also incentivizes its employees to learn not only by reimbursing relevant Coursera courses but by offering a 1,500$ bonus for the people that certify from these courses. 6. Cons
1. From a Sales prospective, C3 AI approach to Enterprise AI is disruptive and comes with a price (good from a commission standpoint) but the main competition being the status-quo / Do-it-yourself ; moving from interest in the technology to a signed contract is quite challenging. It is a hard and complex sell in the C-Line. 2. Pressure: Be prepared to give 100% into your work. The push from the top to deliver is constant. At C3 AI you are expected to be best in your category and quickly deliver with the highest standards.
