Pros
Competitive pay, smart colleagues, and interesting work.
Cons
Too numerous to detail them all. Non-existent work-life balance; the CEO would prefer people who want to sleep under their desk rather than go home at the end of the day. No remote work allowed. During the pandemic shutdown, every hour of every day had to be accounted for, particularly during remote working. Arm-twisting to bring people back into the office began about four months into the pandemic. Positive Covid test results were not shared with adjacent workers, who would then take the virus home to their families. As people ultimately returned to the workplace, those who chose to mask were ridiculed, both openly and subtly. "Motivation" in the workplace was based on fear of being fired, which was done frequently and -- as far as the rest of each team could tell -- arbitrarily.
