Pros

Easily the best job I’ve ever had. In less than a year, I’ve gone from the entry level QA position to creating my own department. Management values every single employee, and with the friendly atmosphere, I enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

Everyone works hard, so you need to work harder to really standout. It’s absolutely worth the effort

Pros

Great CEO who truly cares about the employees. New Global Brands joining the customer base (4 in the Q4 alone.) A dedicated group of employees and a flexible work schedule make it an ideal place to work. You can truly feel part of a team and have a voice in the growth of the company

Cons

Still running lean and mean so can feel overwhelmed at times. Team lunch is almost always Chipotle, it would be nice for some variety!
