Pros

Fairborn site has plenty of great people there. The team leads in particular are amazing and helpful. Pretty laid back as long as you get your work done. Very rarely had to come in for OT. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Corporate doesnt care about this site and hardware is outdated because of this. Underpaid compared to local job market apparently. Outdated software infrastructure due to the nature of the work. Slightly insecure job. Biggest problem is really that there are no real job boundaries here. I was a developer but somehow had to do quite a bit of cyber security which im totally not qualified for. I am not the only one and plenty of other people quit due to this through my time there. The way time cards work doesnt mesh with how dynamic the workspace is. Frequently you will get pulled off your project to help other people but you can get in trouble if you dont have the project string for it. This leads to a kinda weird work environment sometimes.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
