Pros

If you only need to work a few month a year, this is a perfect position for people semi-retired.

Cons

1. Low pay comparing to similar position. No benefits, no holidays, no vacation. Again, a part time job, just higher hourly rate than your grocery cashiers. 2. 100% travel, once stop travelling, check stop coming in. 3. Dead end, zero upwards potential.

Mostly professional colelagues supporting important missions.

Cons

401K and retirement program is terrible. Three years for vesting is not the industry norm. The Flex Time Off is also dismal, with no uniform standards for Program Managers to adhere to when granting approvals.
