Pros

CACI prides itself on a culture of ethics and many there live that. Your individual experience is totally dependent on the organization that you work for. There have been many recent improvements and the company has addes benefits such as the ability to look for jobs within the organzation. Many of the employees are former military. Pay and benefits seem quite good, although not all would agree with this. Many employees are extraordinarily dedicated to the mission they support. Very well managed in terms of shareholder value and profit. CACI's performance has been outstanding. Employees do interesting and high-quality work.

Cons

Much company growth is by acquisition and sometimes those have not been handled well in terms of how people are treated and assimilated. Many former military (depending on where you sit, this is not necessarily a positive). There is definitely an "old boys' club." While project work can be innovative, the company is burdened with outdated processes and administrivia. Many people fee disconnected from the company as a whole and more connected to their client and division/organization. The company is world-wide and seems a collection of diverse mini-cultures. Communication from corporate is closely guarded and many employees feel out of the loop and disengaged. There is limited opportunity to move within the company - but there is still a flavor of "body shop" - although this is improving. As in many organizations, one's individual experience is very much dependent on one's manager. VERY chain-of-command.

Pros

There are various contracts held by the company.

Cons

Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
