Pros
It's great to have a flexible schedule and make your own hours, pay is pretty good.
Cons
Things are constantly changing, when I first started I was told "it's a marathon, not a sprint". Very true. I feel like management looks at me like a machine, only caring about how much work you produced, how good it is and how fast you get it out. Don't feel valued as an employee or a person.
