Flexible hours, autonomy, government holidays, interesting cases (depending on your assignment).

Cons

Being offsite you have virtually no insight into the company or your role in it. It is impossible to get in touch with your manager or higher management to resolve problems. Bureaucratic and inefficient.

Pros

This location is great. The people are thoughtful and considerate and they respect your off time. The work is interesting and can be challenging, but in a manageable way. Teammates are always respectful and willing to help out.

Cons

A clearance is required which can take a long time to find out if you passed or not. The IT at the larger organization can be slow as well as aspects of HR.
