Pros

Stable working environment and clear expectations. Nice benefits, flexible work schedule. Very good customers mostly and strong corporate support. Consistent performance review process, good opportunities for growth. The company is big, and doesn't have a single culture, each team culture depends on a program.

Cons

Recent management shake-up sent ripples across the company. There are currently a lot of changes going on, so it's probably not a good time to join the company if you are a mid-level manager. The goal of the company is to become a Tier I contractor like Lockheed or Northrup, but it comes with growing pains and relative instability. A lot of good people left the company.

Pros

The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

Cons

The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
