Strong support for training, leadership development, and structured yet flexible process infrastructure. Competitive salaries, good benefits.
Cons
Workload can be very intense (almost like a startup) so few if any 40 hour weeks. Few corporate standard automated systems beyond core communications and accounting so project Managers significant workloads for tools, team processes and ops setup. Teams outside the DC area need more engagement.
