Pros

I cannot think of any good reasons to work for CACI other than it is a job.

Cons

Too many cons: Everything that you have to do, you have to do twice - computer check in, clearance application, and related. You never know who to talk to and when you do find someone, they appear to be incompetent. Supervisors are incompetent also and do not have a clue as to how to manage employees. They do not have feelings for employees. Definitely no chance for advancement.

Pros

This location is great. The people are thoughtful and considerate and they respect your off time. The work is interesting and can be challenging, but in a manageable way. Teammates are always respectful and willing to help out.

Cons

A clearance is required which can take a long time to find out if you passed or not. The IT at the larger organization can be slow as well as aspects of HR.
