Pros

Paycheck and benefits. Nothing else.

Cons

Misleading recruitment practices -no advancement -Caci took over a large portion of the contract from USIS and did not have any idea the type of new work they were getting. They were not handling full SBI cases prior to the new contract. Metrics expectations are far worse than USIS. -they advertise 3 week case assignments, but that is false. -There is no support from leadership. Most have not worked in the field and have no idea what the job is. The expectation is that people are always available for an interview and cooperative and each interview and report takes the exact same amount of time. -If you need help and your direct supervisor doesn't have the answer, then you probably don't get an answer because he doesn't know who to ask either. -A laptop and printer are provided for OPM access, but you have to have your own computer for training, email, time sheets, expense reports, job aide, accessing internal sites etc. Anything that is CACI, mostly sensitive, proprietary information is stored on your own personal computer. If you don't have your own or have a Mac, which is not compatible with many internal programs, then they recommend you go to the library or use a friend or family members computer. The response from upper management was "its 2014, who doesn't have a personal computer?" How Professional. -they do not provide copier, scanner or fax, yet you are required to scan receipts for expenses. -They recommend going to Kinkos to copy and fax PII for case work and do not seem to understand the security concerns of handing PII to the kid at the counter and letting him take it out of sight and then scanning it into their machine where an image of that document is stored. -there is no sick time. You must take vacation. -If you take time off, even if you are traveling, you are expected to log in everyday to report what cases you'll be working on (daily manifest)

Pros

Great support from other team members

Cons

Communication from the Web Content Analyst lead could be improved. Employees were often expected to complete tasks with limited guidance or knowledge sharing, which made onboarding and professional development more difficult. Interactions with leadership could sometimes feel unnecessarily dismissive or discouraging, especially when employees asked questions or requested clarification on technical processes. Expectations and priorities occasionally changed without clear communication, creating confusion and additional stress for team members trying to meet deadlines and deliver quality work. Technical information sometimes felt unnecessarily restricted, which created challenges for collaboration, efficiency, and overall team growth. Feedback was not always delivered in a constructive or supportive manner, which could negatively affect morale and confidence within the team. Stronger communication, mentorship, professionalism, and a more collaborative leadership approach would greatly improve the overall employee experience and workplace culture.
