Pros
Great benefits. Employee support services (HR, Finance, etc.) are excellent at the worker level. Many talented people are repeat employees from previous contracts. Lower level management support depends on who you work for.
Cons
Corporate thinks everyone is a cube dweller, so all requirements are the same. There is limited consideration to connectivity access, or applicability of the requirement. Extreme lack of coordination and cooperations between business units. Lots of missed opportunities due to parochial mentality.
