      great place to draw a pay check

      Cons

      Honestly and ethics are not a requirement. Infact it is required by management to be unethical and if you say no and stand up for what is right, you will be terminated. Be aware some of practices and procedures are illegal and go against Government policies, to include the FAR and DFAR. Word of advice, watch what you do, you could end up in jail. Management will not stand up for you.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
