      Working from home, flexible hours.

      Cons

      Hostile, stressful environment, terrible pay and treatment of employees. You will live in your car. I would not wish this employment on my worst enemy. Constant threats of termination mixed in with merit bonus, no trust in their methods or evaluations.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
