Pros
Local management is great! Coworkers are amazing and there is great teamwork. Flexible schedule
Cons
CACI/USIS (as it seems former USIS head leadership is calling the shots) is only interested in the money not the employees. Investigators are recommended to work as much OT as possible to include weekends to get revenue from the customers. Leadership does not care at all about the employees while CACI promotes a work/life balance when it comes to this department that does not exist. Micromanaging from the top down is becoming the norm when it wasn't an issue ever before.
